Conviction Dismissed for Anna Nicole's Boyfriend
An L.A. judge dismissed the conviction of Howard K. Stern Thursday. Stern was convicted of conspiring to obtain prescription drugs for his celebrity girlfriend and legal client. Anna Nicole Smith died in 2007 of a drug overdose. (Jan. 6)
