Nikkei down 0.22% in early trading in Tokyo

Nikkei index fell in early trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on Monday. The Nikkei fell 0.22% to 20540.21 points, while the broader Topix index rose a range of 0.01% to 1659.68 points.
