And now proud parents to a baby boy Saint, it's no surprise to see that designers are falling over themselves to see their creations on one of the world's most famous babies. Currently in seclusion with her family, Kim shared a new delivery from American designer Ralph Lauren of a customised bomber jacket for Saint.

The little boy has been given a brown bomber with his name Saint written in the silk lining. Posting a photo of the jacket and the accompanying box, it includes a handwritten note from the 76-year-old designer himself. Kim wrote: 'Thank you Mr. Ralph Lauren for making Saint this little jacket. It's so special! We will cherish it forever! Xoxo.' Her Instagram of Saint's jacket comes after Kim posted an image of some Balmain freebies, claiming the tight-fitting outfits would be motivation for her losing her baby weight.

Kim has been in hiding since giving birth to son Saint two months ago, with neither herself or her baby been pictured in public. Captioning the photo of her new clothing, Kim wrote: 'Thank you @olivier_rousteing and @balmain for the motivation!!! LOL.' Kim, who gained 60lbs during her pregnant, recently revealed she's already lost 30lbs since giving birth in December.

The reality star has partnered with the Atkins diet in a bid to lose another 40lbs. She previously followed the low carb diet plan to lose weight after gaining 50lbs while pregnant with daughter North, who was born in 2013. She wrote last month: 'I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy but have been an extra 10 lbs up for the last few years so it's time to really get to my goal. 'I'm so excited! I'm 30lbs down today but 40 to go! I'm so focused. I will show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plan too!'
