The unusual venue was chosen as a unique portrait of Kevin's unscrupulous President Francis J. Underwood was being unveiled there as a publicity stunt promoting the new season.
And Neve was certainly looking as pretty as a picture in a right black top, though it was her red skirt, which was cunningly twinned with strappy high heels to draw attention to her dancer's pins that really caught the eye.

The saucy Scots-Canadian actress was certainly in demand at the event, with co-star Michael Kelly grabbing a picture with her before they took part in a cast shot.
Neve, who is playing an important member of Frank's estranged wife's staff on the show, certainly helped make up for the fact the show's resident glamour girl Robin Wright failed to show up.

The portrait is a joint project between British artist Jonathan Yeo and the Smithsonian museum, and will be on public display from Wednesday through October.
A Yeo portrait depicting Kevin as Shakespeare's Richard III was part of a retrospective of the artist's work at the National Portrait Gallery in London.
In a move that the savvy Underwood would appreciate, the Washington unveiling was timed to the series' fourth-season debut on March 4.
He has always seemed to remain one step ahead of his enemies, but the walls appear to be closing in fast on President Frank Underwood, and it seems his House Of Cards may even tumble in the next season.

In tumultuous scenes in the most recent teaser trailer, which included Kevin Spacey's sleazy politician character getting straddled by a scantily clad young woman, he lashed out at the seeming architect of his downfall, his estranged wife Claire.
He hissed at his ex, who left him at the end of the last season, 'We had a future until you started destroying it.'
The latest season looks set to include espionage, seduction and even a murderous confrontation.
In other words, it is very much business as usual, with a twist, as the forthcoming season will take place during Frank's campaign for presidential reelection.

The 50-year-old kept her travelling outfit simple and low key.

As usual, he was accompanied by his leggy live-in girlfriend Courtney Anne Mitchell, who apparently decided not to participate in the informal tribute, instead donning an alluring short strapless blue number for the evening.

Corey no doubt feels a particular closeness to his now deceased friend, due to the support MJ provided when Corey was going through tough times.
In 2013 Corey revealed in his memoir Coreyography he was friends with Michael Jackson.
The actor said he found solace at the singer's home, and it was an antidote to the sexual abuse he suffered at the hands of other men in the movie industry.

'I'm going to be naughty on this tour': Little Mix star Perrie Edwards is embracing the single life following her split from Zayn Malik She endured a shock split from fiancé Zayn Malik last summer but it sounds as though Perrie Edwards is embracing life as a singleton. In an interview with Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, the beautiful blonde talked about how much fun she's having as she appeared on the show with her Little Mix bandmates. Host Susanna Reid asked the girls,' Do you have to be restrained on the tour?'

To which Perrie replied: 'Normally, but on this tour, probably not.' Just to hammer the point home, Jesy Nelson said: 'Perrie told me she's going to be naughty on this tour,' making the girls exclaim. Perrie said: 'No, no, you can take that the wrong way,' she said.

'On the last tour, I would just go straight to my bunk, I wouldn't go out, I wouldn't party or anything. And now I'm like....yeaahhhh!' 'You can let your hair down,' the other girls said. Leigh-Anne Pinnock then grabbed her and Jade's arms and said: 'Single, Geordie's, alone together.'

To which Jade Thirlwall yelled: 'Hey I'm not single.' 'Sorry, it's just Perrie... My bad, very new, very new here,' said Leigh-Anne as the girls all fell about laughing. The girls clearly have a very close relationship, so much so that their mothers all have a What'sApp group called Mummy Mixers.

Jesy said: 'They would all get drunk in the pub when we were on the X Factor.' 'Leigh-Anne's mum fell off the table,' Perrie said giggling. The girls are all very excited for the upcoming BRIT Awards, where they are up for Best Single and Best Video. 'We're doing one of our songs, but we've changed it up,'Jesy said. 'We'll be wearing knee pads, the rehearsals are so gruelling.' Susanna asked them, 'Does it get very messy when you go to something like the BRITS?' To which Leigh-Anne replied: 'If we win, it will get messy.'
