Lady Gaga shakes off the flu in glittering gold jacket after joking she'd hooked herself up to a 'vodka drip' for Saint Laurent show
She's been struggling to shake off a nasty flu.
But Lady Gaga didn't let the illness slow her down as she attended a Saint Laurent fashion show at the Palladium in Los Angeles on Wednesday, soon after sharing a photo of herself hooked up to an IV and joking it was full of vodka.
The American Horror Story star wore a sequined, gold Saint Laurent tuxedo jacket with a black lapel.
Despite being under the weather, she appeared to be having fun, flashing a heavy metal sign and giving a wink as she arrived at the event.
Lady Gaga wore a thin white blouse under the dazzling jacket and added black pants and slipper-style flats.
The fashion-forward star wore her platinum blonde hair in tight curls.
The singer, who wowed the audience with her show-stopping rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl on Sunday, appeared to be having fun as she chatted with other musicians at the bash.
The 29-year-old shared a number of Snapchat videos and photos from the event as she mingled singers Justin Bieber, Courtney Love, Beck and Sam Smith.
Gaga appeared thrilled to catch up with Justin, giving the 21-year-old pop star a big hug and resting her head on his shoulder.
The Sorry singer wore a stylish red and gold jacket and showed off some fledgling facial hair.
Lady Gaga later donned black and gold round glasses as she chatted with indie icon Beck and rocker Courtney Love.
Beck, 45, looked dapper in a slim pink tuxedo-style Saint Laurent coat and skinny black tie.
Courtney, 51, wore a shiny Saint Laurent dress with a high front slit.
Gaga appeared in a festive mood, hanging out by the bar and later cuddling up to Sam Smith while holding a glass of white wine.
'My hero,' she wrote as she shared a Snapchat of herself with the beaming British star, who wore a camouflage jacket.
Earlier, Gaga rested in bed as she struggled to rally before the bash.
She shared Snapchat image of herself laying in bed while hooked up to an IV drip.
'I hate being sick what is this flu going around!' she wrote.
Sharing an image of an IV in her arm, she joked: 'Don't worry it's just a vodka drip.'
She also joked in a video of her IV 'Do you like my new handbag?'
The singer also shared another image of herself in bed with a needle, captioned 'Whyyy Influenza.'
And she also posted a black and white video of her hair stylist blowing out her curls.
'Fashion Week doesn't care if ure sick,' Gaga wrote.
